For the next couple of days I will be speaking to the Trinity Baptist Church College and Careers and Young Adults groups at their annual camping retreat at Pinery Provincial Park. I have decided to speak on a number of important issues that I think people in this age group need to consider in this day in which we live.
During our three sessions together we are going to talk about the need for Christians to read, pray and get involved in meaningful ways in their local church. But in addition to these basic Christian duties I want to them to think about forging genuine community by building God honoring relationships, responding to the many social problems that plague our world and the challenges presented by the ever expanding role of technology in our lives.
